Poll number:

Question-Week ending Sunday 01/25/04:

What best describes the effort you make to better understand your moods and emotional well being? Please read our Pre-Poll Commentary before taking this poll.

Pre-Poll Commentary:

Understanding our moods and emotions can play a significant role in our well being. Too often, we overlook the importance of positive words, influences, moods and emotions and accept the negative influences that abound us. After doing some research on moods and emotions for this poll series, I have screened out 30 key words out of a final list of 240 words that I compiled. Understanding and bringing these 30 key words to our consciousness can have a positive influence on how we think and act each and every day.

It's quite amazing that the other 200 plus words I researched, dealt with the negative emotions and moods that everyone struggles to avoid, but somehow can't quite do so. I hope that the few minutes it takes to participate in our poll series each week, can make a positive difference on how we think and react to the challenges we face each day.

This poll series will run for the next 30 weeks, as we discuss the significance of each of the words listed below.

I hope you take part and enjoy this entire series each week.
